Shops on Bay is an online boutique in memory of three locally owned stores that were located on Bay Street in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia.
The stores (Savannah Rose, Savannah Belle, and Matter of Factors) were opened by Curt and Lisa Bolak and had been in business since 2009 before consolidating and moving to Broughton Street as "Savannah Belle."
